1. Refund & Return Policy
1.1) All orders are subject to the signer’s schedule. We reserve the right to lengthen (or shorten) the ordering window to best accommodate that schedule. Should a signing be postponed by a signer due to work or personal conflict, health or force majeure, best effort will be made to reschedule the signing for a future date as soon as possible. Customers will be notified as soon as the rescheduling is confirmed. Orders placed and items sent in for said signing will be held until the rescheduled date.
1.2) Should the signing be canceled by the signer and rescheduling is not possible (i.e. death or major illness making it impossible to complete the signing at a future time) a full refund will be given minus return shipping for Send-In orders as well as any non-refundable payment processing fees.
1.3) We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders containing images, personalization or quote requests that may offend the actor.
1.4) In-stock autographs and merchandise may be returned to us for a full refund less shipping if postmarked within 5 calendar days of receipt using carrier delivery dates. Merchandise must be returned in excellent condition so we may resell to another customer.
1.5) Any product described as PRE-ORDER autograph (including bulk, wholesale, and/or personalized options) are not returnable. Purchaser acknowledges that Fenix Autographs will make their best efforts to have each item signed as purchaser selects, but no matter how careful we are, things can happen, and are not responsible for spelling errors, smudges, smears, damage to the item, signature placement, pen color, pen type, pen quality, and/or any other subjective qualities.
2. Send-In / Personal Item Policy
2.1) By purchasing one of our products referencing a send-in / personal item, you are also agreeing to these additional terms and conditions.
2.2) Label Your Order: For each item sent in, you MUST have a sticky note with your name, address & order number clearly written on the back which matches your order invoice. We also highly recommend that you put a sticky note on the front of your item indicating where you would like it signed.
2.3) Packing & Insurance: Pack your send-in item carefully and securely. If it's valuable, pack it well and in layers. It is recommended that you also purchase insurance and tracking for your own peace of mind. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping to us or back to you. We will insure all packages leaving Fenix Ventures for the amount of your purchase. If your personal item requires additional insurance coverage for its return back to you, you can now select between $101-$5000 insured value for an extra fee. Furthermore, if you choose to pack your send-in item in packaging larger or heavier than is normal for an item of that size, you may be invoiced for the additional shipping & handling fees required to return the item.
2.4) A special note on Funko POPs: All POPs must be shipped flat to us. POPs received with their insert/toy will be flattened on our end for transport to the signing. We can not be held responsible for any damage while handling while unboxing, during the signing, and shipping back to you. Large POPs that can not be flattened must be pre-approved by emailing sales@fenixautographs.com, and will incur additional expenses as we will need to ship it to the signing, and then back to the office.
3. Pen, Color, Placement Requests, and add-ons (character name, quote, etc)
3.1) While we will do our best to accommodate specific ink color, and signature placement, we are not responsible for the wrong color/pen requested being used or an actor electing to sign in a different area than requested.
3.2) We will handle all items very carefully. However, it is possible that while handling and signing, the actor may have a mishap with their pen, and/or some other damage could occur handling your item.
3.3) We will handle your items with the greatest of care and as if they were our own, but we will not be responsible for:
• Any damage to your item during handling, shipping to us or damage/loss during return shipping,
• Any damage by the celebrity during handling, or misspelled names/words,
• Any pen/marker mishaps, skips, fading, feathering, malfunction, etc.
• Any error of the placement of the autograph on the item.
3.4) While we will strive to obtain any extra add-ons to a signature that have been Pre-Ordered through our website, we cannot guarantee that they will be done. If we are unable to obtain a Character Name, Personalization or Quote, you will be refunded that fee (if charged separately) once your order ships.
3.5) Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any item for any reason. This is in place for us to refuse any objectionable items, or other items not covered in this signing. If in doubt, email us at sales@fenixautographs.com. If you send a non-approved item, it will be returned, and only the signing fee will be refunded. Return shipping will not be refunded.
4. Shipping Policy, International Import Duties, & Broker Fees
4.1) Domestic Shipping - We use USPS and UPS for all Pre-Order and Send-In shipments as we have an outstanding record with their service for items arriving safely. We will insure all packages leaving Fenix Autographs for the amount of your purchase. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments; however, we will do our best to assist you with filing a damage claim with the appropriate insurance provider. Should a package be returned to us for for any reason, additional postage will be required to resend it.
4.2) International Shipping Policy - We use USPS and UPS for all shipments as we have an outstanding record with their service for items arriving safely. For international orders, we are required by law to put the full purchase price as the declared value of the package. Your country and/or customs office may open, inspect, and/or charge you import taxes on your incoming package as may any carrier acting as the broker to clear your items through customs. You are solely responsible for the payment of these fees/taxes in a timely manner. Should a package be refused due to failure to pay such taxes, or returned to us for any reason other than our mistake, additional postage will be required to resend it. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments; however, we will do our best to assist you with filing a damage claim with the appropriate insurance provider.
